Delete My Data
We keep things minimal. Here's exactly what we store and how to remove it.
What we store
- Your email address and license key (for activation)
- Order history (for refund eligibility)
- Any support tickets or feedback you submitted with your email
- Newsletter subscription, if you signed up
Your screenshots and recordings are only ever stored on your machine. We never have access to them.
Save your license key first. Once your data is deleted, we can't look it up or process refunds. You'll still find it in any purchase confirmation email from us.
